About me.

I’ve been helping people find relief from pain for over 24 years.

My work began as a clinical massage therapist, where I saw firsthand how pain doesn’t exist in isolation. Time and again, I noticed how stress, emotional strain, and life experiences could amplify pain — and how physical treatment alone wasn’t always enough.

That curiosity led me deeper into understanding the brain’s role in pain, the nervous system, and why pain can persist long after tissues have healed. I went on to train in clinical hypnotherapy, focusing on how the brain learns pain, maintains it, and — importantly — how it can unlearn it.

Today, my work brings these strands together. I help people with chronic and acute pain calm an over-protective nervous system, reduce flare-ups, and change how pain is experienced. I also support anxiety and women’s health, recognising how closely these experiences are often linked.

I do this work because I understand how deeply pain affects every part of life — physically, emotionally, and mentally. I also know what it’s like to witness the relief and quiet confidence that returns when something finally shifts. That change matters

My commitment is to work thoughtfully, honestly, and with respect for your experience — using evidence-informed approaches that focus on lasting change,

If pain or anxiety has been limiting your life, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
