About me.
I’ve been helping people find relief from pain for over 24 years.
My work began as a clinical massage therapist, with my focus on chronic/persistent pain conditions. I saw firsthand how pain doesn’t exist in isolation. Time and again, I noticed how stress, emotional strain, and life experiences could amplify pain — and how physical treatment alone wasn’t always enough.
My initial training in clinical hypnotherapy sparked a deeper interest in the neuroscience of pain — especially how the brain and nervous system can continue to produce pain long after the body has healed. Since then, I have undertaken further specialist training in modern mind–body and neuroplastic approaches to pain.
I'm committed to working thoughtfully, honestly, and with respect for your experience, using evidence-informed therapeutic approaches informed by clinicians such as Dr John Sarno & Dr Lorimer Moseley, who focus on lasting change.
If pain or anxiety has been limiting your life, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
